Disable the kill cam makes it easier for a hack to hide. I have a UAV jammer perk on all my classes. The kill cam would show the shot threw smoke, threw the wall, while lying down behind the wall and being killed in one shot,. One you could call a good lucky shot, two or more times and it a hack playing the game. Kill cam would show you being tracked while behind a wall without being a red dot on the radar screen, because you have the UAV perk and where not firing your weapon.

I respect the fact you have the server set up this way and enjoy playing on it as is, and this is only my opinion on this subject.
