Good afternoon,

I have been banned for VPN/Proxy. I do not have one of these. I have been banned for it before by GIMoe. I have talked with my apartment complex and they do not have it turned on.

From talks with GIMoe my isp has labeled me as abusive but I’ve only lived here for 1.5 years and it could be someone who lived here previously.

If this was something I could fix I would but i can’t fix something I don’t have.

Please let me know what I need to do, thank you
